Arm Day!

     Arms anyone?? Here is a quick all over routine for a fan favorite, Arm day! This routine is meant to be about 40 minutes, which is pretty intense, feel free to drop weight to finish or take a minute break in between! Only YOU know if you're working hard, don't cheat yourself! 

Decided to stay home and take on The Beast! This routine can be done with dumbbells or at the gym so NO EXCUSE!

Standing Curls-Progressive set: 12, 10, 8, -30sec break- 8, 10, 12

Tricep Extension w/ Dropset: 15, 12, 8 (heavy), 8 (light)

Wide Grip Curls HEAVY WEIGHT: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

Skull Crushers w/ Dropset: 15, 12, 8 (heavy), 8 (light)

Concentration Hammer Curls ( 1 arm at a time): 12, 10, 8 -Switch arms- 12, 10, 8 -Reverse- 8, 10, 12

Tricep Kickback: 12, 10, 8, -Switch Arms- 12, 10, 8  -Reverse- 8, 10, 12


Alright guys make sure to keep the burn! Progressive sets and drop sets are 10 sec breaks at the most, meant to get a fast burn! Find weights you can handle and push yourself! The weights will get heavier in no time, trust me :) Til next time, Peace!
