Chest Day!

    Hey friends! Just gave Maui a bath and it's time to post this workout! Im gonna try and post as many workouts as I can, maybe not everyday but they are workouts that can be done any day!
I do all of my workouts either at home or here at Anytime Fitness! It's a nice atmosphere, has free weights and is open whenever you can fit in your workout! Alyssa and I have such crazy schedules it makes it really convenient being open 24/7

Today is Chest day, so today that means Dumbbell work!
Dumbbell Press: 3 sets 12reps, 10, reps, 8 reps
Dumbbell Flies: 3 sets 12, 10, 8
Closegrip Dumbbell Press: 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
Incline Dumbbell Press: 12, 10, 8
Decline Dumbbell Press: 12, 10, 8
Slow Pushups: 10, 10, 10
 Fairly quick but effective all over chest routine. It mixes heavy and light weight and I think that is really important! Short breaks and work hard, this will get the burn! Till next time, Peace!
